People have been asking me if we need to trade Big Papi. There are even David Ortiz Sucks forums. I do expect John Henry, Tom Werner, Theo, et. all start rumors about Big Papi that make him seem like a big jerk. We can't trade Ortiz anyway until we have a viable DH to replace him. 
David and I miss Manny so much. When we had Manny there was no swine flu, and now that Manny isn't here we have swine flu. I think there is something there. I signed that huge contract, but now I feel like I need swine flu insurance or something to protect myself as an investment. I think I might wear a swine flu mask next homestand. I've been in Fenway Park bathrooms. People don't wash their hands.

Does Roberto Alomar have AIDS? There was a lawsuit filed for $15 million from his former girlfriend that alleges Alomar had unprotected you know what with her despite knowing he had AIDS. As one future Hall of Fame second baseman to another, I hope the allegations are not true. Robert Alomar with AIDS would be a tragedy for all second baseman. It's a reminder to myself to not do this kind of stuff outside my marriage. WHat would Magic do?

NBA Champion and Former Celtics great Antoine Walker has been charged with suspicion of drunken driving in Miami Beach. It's so sad when the Boston greats fall like this. Hopefully it won't happen to me or Clay....or anybody else on the team.
